Circular No. (2) for the year 2025

In line with the mandate of DCCPFT under Dubai Law No. (5) of 2023 (in particular Articles 5, 6, 8, and 9), and pursuant to its functions to encourage fair trade practices, and curb anti-competitive conduct, DCCPFT is pleased to issue the attached Guidelines for online food delivery platforms in the emirate of Dubai.

These guidelines are intended to serve as a reference framework to support alignment with evolving standards of fairness, transparency, and responsible platform conduct.
