Hotels and tourism companies can amend the details of safari excursion participants via their electronic certificate. Update details online via the ePermits portal.

Renew License of Existing Tour Guides
Tour guide licenses should be renewed every two years.
New Holiday Homes Permit Issuance
Apply for a residential unit to operate as a Holiday Home and receive a new Holiday Homes permit.
Apply for an event permit
A permit is required for any venue or organiser who wishes to organise entertainment, sport, charity, religious or business events. Application should be submitted via the e-Permit portal.
Units part 2: attach timeshare unit contracts
Once an operator has unit approval, they must upload and attach the contracts to each unit on the Timeshare portal. A maximum of 51 contracts can be attached per unit.
Renew a hotel classification
Hotels must reapply for new classification certificates three months before the certificate expires. To renew the certificate, apply for reclassification via the portal.
