Extended deadline for sustainability requirements for hotel establishments in Dubai

The deadline for meeting the sustainability requirements for hotel establishments has been extended until July 1st 2021.

The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing would like to extend its greetings.

We appreciate your efforts in adhering to the regulations issued in the field of sustainability in the tourism sector. Due to the current circumstances of the COVID19 pandemic, we have decided to extend the deadline for meeting the sustainability requirements for hotel establishments issued by DTCM/OUT/2018/0002905 until July 1, 2021.

This decision also applies to submission of data through the carbon calculator platform to enable hotels to gradually submit data dually until the end of the grace period.
