Dubai Can Initiative Successfully Cuts Single-Use Plastic Water Bottle Usage by Almost 18 Million in Two Years

The citywide sustainability movement was launched on 15 February 2022 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Up to 50 public water stations have been installed across the city, dispensing almost 9 million litres of water in just two years.
