The Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism) has announced that ticket sales for the Infiniti Mega Raffle at the 22nd edition of Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF), will commence on Tuesday 1 November 2016.
