Go to the e-permit portal and log-in

Log in with your username and password.

Head to the 'Issued' section and click 'Amend'

Locate the permit in the 'Issued' section using the Record ID or event name, and click the 'Amend' icon.

Review amended details and pay online via credit card, smart government payment methods or via bank transfer. For full prices, refer to the pricing section of the eTix Manual found in the downloads section.

Obtain your amended permits

Upon approval, your permit will be issued within one business day.

What type of amendments can I make for my event on eTix?

You can add or change dates, participants and venue.

How long does it take for a change to be approved and reflect on my permit?

On approval, your permit will be amended within 24 hours.

Can I add a new event type to an issued permit?

No, you will need need to apply for a new permit for the additional event type.

How many times can I amend the e-permit?

There is no limit to the amendments involved, given that the event is still at least one working day away.
