Dubai College of Tourism (DCT) delivers the official training programme for Desert Safari Drivers in Dubai, ensuring that all drivers meet the required safety, service and operational standards set by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

The programme is delivered online and includes structured learning modules and assessments designed to prepare drivers for professional desert safari operations. Successful completion of this training programme is a mandatory requirement for obtaining the RTA Safari Driver Permit.

Through the dedicated safari section on the e-Permits portal, licensed companies can register their drivers, manage training requirements and track certification status.
