Complete the online application

You will be required to provide the following information:

Firstly, obtain an initial approval and transaction ID from the DET website

Establishment name must be provided in both English and Arabic.

For new users or unclassified buildings select New Establishment in the Establishment Type dropdown menu and choose a relevant category for the property type.

A Letter of Authority is required if an owner's representative will use the classification portal on their behalf.

Provide system user contact information

Emirates ID details are required to complete the application.

Upload required documents

Accepted Answer

Upload the trade name license, Emirates ID and NOC in the template provided.

Question 5

Locate your address

Accepted Answer

Use the map to locate your company address.

Question 6

Submit your application

Accepted Answer

Once received, DET will issue the approval within 24 hours. The subscription fee will be charged the next time you log in.
